im curious what the decision making process is for pausing a round
i mean it must look like this:
Petri: Guys. Petri: I'm pretty sure Tartosis is cheating Gerry: Is this another one of your hunches? Petri: It's not just a hunch Petri: Look at these unranked games they shared with this user Petri: Obvious fking cheating. >silence Petri: Guys? >silence Petri: Okay well let me know when anyone's around. >silence Petri: Guys I paused the round. Everyone: Uh. Do you have a pastebin? Petri: No but I'll make one now obviously...... Everyone: Okay. >Petri does red heart reports >Other mods troll on forums >Petri gets appealed a dozen times for unrelated things >Mods discuss the unrelated appeals for hours >Petri's suspicion on x user fades when he reviews the first game >Meanwhile the round is still paused >2 days pass >Petri finally gives up >Mods troll some more by refunding a few inconsequential games
just a reminder petri will probably pause another round without having any evidence whatsoever which is a huge waste of time. you shouldnt be allowed to pause a round with nothing but suspicion
is it too much to ask for petri to gather evidence before the ending to a round? or does he have to get through all the red heart reports first
