Same with the others. Silencer and fiddler exist to DEPRIVE one person information which isn't actually that great a power. It's stupid. It's easy to come up with codes using the voting so silenced players can give their claims, and fiddled players can just look at the voting logs and sheep; they can't play the game, but that hurts them specifically, not the town as a whole.
And lightkeeper is a joke for unranked. Anonymous speech? Please. It's just chaos; there's no interesting strategy added. I didn't bring lightkeeper up because I thought that was obvious.
