i'm sure your griefs with him are legitimate, i just haven't experienced any of the problems you guys have with him. i'm sorry we all can't get along and put our differences aside
it was some straight up apparently biased and wrong things to like "this user who will not be named should NOT get an x rated violation for posting a picture of a dragon with visible genitals and a car covered in semen" because he wanted to keep that user who he liked unbanned
maybe he's a changed man and i jumped on after, I don't know. from my experience he's always asking for other mods' opinions and takes them very seriously
he's changed his tune because he put people who agree with him on the team. we would straight up fight for hours because he was the only person who wanted to do x and no one else wanted to do x and we all thought he should do y and then after it all he would do x

my experience with him so far is that he's always asked the mods for opinions on every major decision and has been pleasant to talk to, but we've always been friendly. he really does make a huge effort to take everyone's opinions into account though and in major discussions about things like hc he's always respectful
maybe you guys just don't have compatible personalities
also i'd like an opinion too because we've existed in the same space for like 5 years but have never really had the opportunity to interact too much so im curious

you misunderstand. i definitely tried. every one of those bad decisions made were fought against by the mod team, especially me and hima. it's not worth the stress energy and emotions that come from being ignored and belittled for a volunteer position
