I get that but I feel like it would be a double standard in itself to consider r----d a slur but allow this word, which is highly offensive in the UK and other commonwealth countries, just because it has lost its original meaning in the U.S.

He can't go around using the word s-----c as a buzzword, which he clearly is doing, and he has a history of hateful comments. Just like with Giga, who also has a history of HC, I took that into consideration as well.

With Giga, I thought there was a connection between using the word f-----d and handicap but I was corrected, as it is a sports term and I didn't realize that. Just the single use of the word, which we don't really consider a slur under precedent, I couldn't give him a violation.

No because its hateful language, not aimed at anyone in particular, but hateful nonetheless. HC doesn't have to be excessive but that certainly increases the chances of accumulating a violation.

Giga used a slur once.....Neither are considered slurs under the current rules but if used excessively they definitely warrant the violation.
