I'm just gonna make sure this is known.

Anyone who has a negative utility ability should be claiming it immediately. I didn't say this right away so I'll give a pass to anyone claiming it this late, but now is the time. If you claim a negative utility later on in the game, I'm not going to believe it.

Negative Utility is anything that is basically a "bad" power. This includes millers, ascetics (untargetable players), compulsive actions (like my compulsive visitors from last game), post restrictions, et cetera. If you're not sure if you should claim it, you should probably claim it.

I mean, that's one of those things I don't see scum seriously trying to fakeclaim because it's so impossibly easy to prove that you're lying, with the way Retti is implementing punishments (especially now that we know he will confirm the presence of any modvotes upon request).
