Ok so now that I've told U what happened, here is what U do as good and fair arbiters of the site:
U have a sit down with minecraft and explain to her the rules, nicely, gently.
U have a sit down with Shrub and tell him that this is his official warning.
U don't ban either of them or put a ban on Shrub trophying.
U suspend Shrub from the round and remove his trophy, because it wasn't earned. If Shrub whines about this decision, you slap a cheating vio on him and ban him for a day, and say he can't trophy for 6 months.
Minecraftfangirlftw is a 14 year old girl who has taken a liking to the player "Shrub." As is only natural, she joins his games and tries to make him win when applicable. She isn't knowingly breaking the rules she didn't read them, because she's 14.
She also says stuff like "don't lynch me" or "don't lynch him" to Shrub on skype sometimes when he's up.
Shrub knows in the bottom of his heart that he f'd up, but thinks that it's not that big a deal and the site is stupid if he gets punished for it.
