U have a sit down with minecraft and explain to her the rules, nicely, gently.

U have a sit down with Shrub and tell him that this is his official warning.

U don't ban either of them or put a ban on Shrub trophying.

U suspend Shrub from the round and remove his trophy, because it wasn't earned. If Shrub whines about this decision, you slap a cheating vio on him and ban him for a day, and say he can't trophy for 6 months.
