Just a reminder not to allow banned users into your games, as it may result in the shut down of the game without warning. Please help us keep the lobby fun for everyone!
Why though? Most hosts dont care about who gets in. Most hosts dont even know which users are banned. Most hosts tab out during pregame so they wouldn't even notice a banned user got in.
Regardless of what a lot of you may think, the vast majority of sandbox doesn't even check the forums, the chat or the news or etc because they dont care about the community, they just like to use the site for what it is, an online mafia game.
Shutting down a game because a banned user got in, is a dumb idea and unfair, both for the people in the game and the host themselves who most likely doesn't even know about this.
Cory is the biggest problem in the lobby right now. We are aware there are other vicious trolls in the lobby but right now that user is really causing problems.
And also I agree it isn't necessarily the host's fault for not catching the banned user, but if they don't they should be prepared for their game to be shut down when a mod does catch them.
Can we use this thread to suggest new alt names for Cory too?

I think right now it's only CoryInThe/CoryInDa alts that are causing problems, but the topic itself is referring to any future problems with banned users :]

Also please kick cory from all games as they are a banned user and not welcome in this lobby (they come back on alts but most start off with coryinthe or something similar and most have the same avatar). And if you see a user harassing and slurring at other users without any provoking it's probably cory so please kick them and report their username to myself, garden, or another mod who is on and just let them know to lobby ban them.
