Yes, trust the epicmafia.com moderators they only have your best interest at heart. Do not attempt to give your opinion for they are the light that guides us all.
You don't need to comment on a report filed against you. If you didn't break a rule it will be No Vio'd. If you receive a violation you don't deserve you can appeal it. Karma is not required to appeal a report.
