If someone says you have "no balls" in a game is that OGI?

For example maf partner says "random guilty pranay or you have no balls" you pretty much have to do it.

Another example is if you are the clear, someone says hammer outside confirmed "unless you have no balls". In a lylo situation you could lose the game and be reported for game throw. In reality though the other person used OGI to force you to do it.

Do you guys think "No balls" should be a subcategory of OGI violations?
