Hallo fronds. Welcome to Hacked on EpicMafia, a simple, fast paced, nightless forum mafia game for six players! Credit goes to Xyzzy and PokerFace of MafiaScum for the original design, I'm just reflavoring.

The concept is simple. You as a group of six comprise the elite of the EpicMafia Moderator team. However, it has come to your attention that someone in your squad has gone rogue and intends to hidden link the admin!

Your goal as a team is to ensure your glorious administrator, Sonseray, survives the ordeal. Conversely, the goal of the rogue moderator is to hidden link epicmafiadotcom administrator Sonseray at all costs.

• 1 player takes the role of Sonseray, the greatest admin of all time.
• 1 player takes the role of Hibiki, notorious anti-mod who has infiltrated the mod team.
• 4 players take the roles of Sonseray's loyal moderators. These four know the identity of the admin, but not of each other.

As soon as the game starts, you begin voting for who will be the first victim of the dreaded hidden link. A majority of four will automatically trigger the hidden link. Once someone is hidden linked, they are OPI'd and their role is revealed. They may then choose the next target for the hidden link. After they have chosen their target, their accounts are permanently locked and they can no longer talk in the thread.

For anyone confused: By design of the game, the rogue mod will always be hacked before the admin (short of gamethrowing and wifom votes gone wrong). Once this occurs, the rogue mod wins if they choose the admin, and loses if they choose a mod.

Additional rules:

• All votes & actions (picking the next hidden link target) must be made in the format of Vote: [Player Name] or they will not be counted.
• All phases of the game have a limit of 24 hours from the previous action. That is, the initial vote must be resolved within 24 hours, and each subsequent decision for who will be hidden linked next must be made within 24 hours.
• In the event there is no majority after 24 hours, the person with the most votes will be hacked. In the event of a tie, the person who received their final vote first will be the one hacked.
• I have not turned off post deletion, but PLEASE do not delete posts or make major edits. If you need to say something more, make a new post.

And a final word of advice; though I have allowed 24 hours for each phase, optimal play is generally considered to be fast play (ie games are played in the span of a couple hours). The less discussion there is, the less hints you have given the rogue mod as to the admin's identity.
