don't feel like your reads are worth less because of the differing format. i played my first ever off-site forum mafia game and it was some kings-of-mafia game where the best of every site came along and represented their site. i rep'd epicmafia and basically got perfect reads. i ended up following my townread cause he was some forum mafia vet who made huge long cases that kinda made sense but ended up being completely wrong
