Yeah it's totally unfair and I've had games where town was in auto-win and mafia GRS'd to avoid loss and not gotten points. It's just something where you assume it happens equally to everyone and you move on.
I know , the problem is that guy GTed. And that wasn't the only game where he did that. It's not fair for town, we lost because the game was unplayable...

That probably won't get refunded and I don't think they reply as to why unless you ask. They'll probably say that trolling/bad play doesn't warrant it because then it'd open up a lot of games to get potential refunding and that's a can of worms nobody wants opened.
