Unlike the preious installment, you are allowed to create your own character. Please bare in mind that any character you make needs to be idealistic, and not a powertrip. No Gary or Mary sues.
Please use bold when you are making any action. If you want to speak to someone in-game (NPC, another player), then use quotations. If you are posting you are either posting in character or you are doing something. If you need to make any notes that are not related to the game just add OOC (Out of Character) next whatever it is you have to say. You are allowed to continue to talk in OOC until you queue up another action, just let me know it's OOC first before doing so.
Always, always be descriptive in your actions as I am only here to interpret what you do and my idea of you hitting something might be different from you hitting something.
Example:
Good -
Assume a fighting stance and prepare for any attack by raising my arms above my face in a guarding position.
Bad -
Assume fighting stance.
That being said, if your character does have powers, abilities, or weapons. Be specific. Follow this sheet accordingly and fill it out for me. A little backstory also doesn't hurt and may benefit you along the way!

Also, make sure to decide which group is which. There is no limit on how many people can or can't be in a group, so if you wanna stack one group and leave one a bit light that's fine. It's all up to you.

You proceed to do so. You walk towards the cave until you are blinded by a flash of light.
God appears from the sky and stops you in your tracks:
"Congratulations on clearing the first task. That blob gave you more trouble than I thought, but I have to say it was amusing to watch you squirm." He pauses to point at the cave and continues to preach after. "As you can see, what lies next is the cave, but this is no ordinary cave. When you reach the entrance, you will find two doors. Both doors lead to a different path of the cave, but each will intertwine and reconnect the further you get. Both paths have a switch that I conveniently placed that must be pressed, otherwise the door at the end of the paths will not open. There is one switch for each path, and you must separate your group and decide which party will go with who." He again pauses and tries to make a deathly serious face. "Do not take this cave lightly. There is more to it than stone walls and bats."
He then seemingly wipes his serious expression and finishes with a laughter and a snide remark. "Try not to die!"
"Oh thank Allah, I had basically nothing against that thing. So, where are you fine folks headed off to?"

Everyone who queued actions forget what they were doing and celebrate their victory. The slime effect wears off.
You also feel for some inexplicable reason as if you have "leveled up" or something related to that. You feel that your HP, MP, and TP have all been increased by 5!
Rolan also recieves 50 gold for killing the blob.

Rolan, using his magical ability infuses his shot with lightning. He points it directly at the blob and fires it with extreme precision..Roll for success rate and damage...
You roll an 8 and a 9. The attack hits the target as expected and strikes the blob with a thunderous force. The blob is elotrocuted from the inside severely and his body loses it's mass and the blob is reduced to all but a puddle.
Rainbow Shirt Morty's former lover has grown very anxious, and based on past experiences engaging it physically doesn't work well. Since he has no actual weapon, he decides to use the power of music to try and soothe/immobilize it - he sings the Seals and Croft hit "Summer Breeze", somehow procuring his own harmonies as if there were two of him.
Attempt to free myself from the slime by slashing myself free. If unsuccessful, I raise both of my swords in a defensive position, posed to attempt to deflect any attempt at attack towards me, both legs crouched to give myself extra support. If successful, I move around the blob and queue myself to stab the blob and forcefully pull my sword up and towards the right, as if to rip a hole in the blob. If there is no way around the blob, I attack it from the front, and attempt to spring myself back if I feel as if it's about to attack me again.

I turn to the slime, and I pull my gun "GIVE ME MY STAFF BACK NOW" I think, my hands tremble and don't even pull the hammer when I put it back in its holster. I pull as hard as I can to force it out of the slime
