Any way to remove age/gender?

I want to remove the age/gender portion of my profile entirely rather than simply modifying them. Is there any way to do this short of making a new acc?

yeah just put 0 for the age and in-game your gender/age won't show but your gender will on profile

"0" removes your age. No way to remove your gender.
