36 hours per day, 12 hours per night. Days may end early if a majority lynch is reached.
II. The Setup:
Normal closed roles setup, as always, with the roles and affixes listed below. Any role can be town or mafia, and have any number of affixes.
By default there are no Night 1 actions, including the mafia kill.
By default no role can self visit, except watcher.
Players who share a meeting may communicate outside the game at any time of day.
Players are always notified at day start if their role is changed.
One mafia always leads the kill, and it's always the one that submits the kill last. Each mafia will visit the kill target.
On death, players flip their role, alignment and affix type by default, but not their affix details.
III. Supermajority Lynch Rules:
A lynch will happen immediately if a supermajority vote is reached (e.g. 9/16)
At end of day, "No votes" count as "no one" votes, but will not count towards a mid-day supermajority vote of "no one". The player with the most votes at that end of day, (including "no one") will be lynched.
Days can be ended early without a lynch by a supermajority "no one" vote.
I'm well aware of the method I've just never seen it deployed successfully because well, chances are the people who put thought into their articulation does so as either alignment and vice versa.
Just read Transcend again and I may've given him too much credit; still not sure about that one. What do you mean by 'mixed signals'?
My reads are generally bad and I'm doing the best I can to read well here. My reads are ALSO usually gut-based and I'm not just going to discard any and all feelings that can't be backed by easily-explainable logic. I thought I actually was being more logical earlier. ;-;
I mean, my only read that's mostly "gut" at the moment is SirSlick. I guess Transcend a little bit too. I thought Transcend was towny earlier.
I also highly doubt my read on Perish but she outs TRs on me way more often when she's scum tbh
So I looked back a few pages and Claire selfvoted which is essentially just lowkey claiming "not PR" so she's still a perfectly good vote along with Transcend.
Transcend has given lots of mixed signals and I think if you're talking about lynching people who don't offer the town much (ie the votes on Stove) Transcend is actually a really good option. It's a liability lynch in a way but unlike a lynch on say, Stove, his flip actually gives us a good deal of information going forward. There's a lot of interactions to read with him.

Unless I'm grossly underestimating Sincerely, it's usually easy to tell when Sincerely is town purely because she says things scum would probably be consciously avoiding saying.
It's like, the lines are so bad they're good.

Yeah but saying 'my reads are bad i'm going to try to improve' then proceeding to give the same type of reads you're trying to lose is, well, stupid at best and contradicting at worst.
add: the reason I'm unsure of you now is because I'd expect an emotional player like you to crack under pressure as scum and just try to build a case on me back because you'd have the momentum for it from an earlier post (unless that was Claire, idr)
what? My reads ARE bad and that's why they're poorly backed. I can't shake the feeling that the players I'd be most inclined to vote for concrete reasons are towny. meh.

Yeah I've already seen that and there wasn't really that much to comment on, initially thought a Gerry/Slick team would fit the bill because Slick's "reach-vote" there on Ultra seems unfitting but I sort of backed off the idea when (pg. 29/32 Slick caught up to the point where I don't think he's scum anymore and the vote was just a random 'I have no reads so this works' thing more than something he'd do as scum.
I'm irritated that Sonrio's being townread for jumping the Transcend vote for [seemingly?] no reason; far better votes than him ATM.
And fùck knows about you Sinc, I was fairly sure on my vote starting it off [reasons posted earlier] plus a few (re: several) poorly backed reads which contradicted what you said earlier about 'having bad/quick reads' or something like that. If I'm not voting you today I'll likely only vote Sonrio, entirely null on Gerry but I'm under the impression that'll improve delving further into the game.
