A text based adventure game, hosted by me. Post to join the adventuring party. Once you post, I will let you select your starting items, and once everyone is ready, the adventure begins.
You will perform actions by typing "-" then the action. I will then tell you the result of your actions, and roll dice if necessary. Be advised that you cannot take back your actions once you perform them, and that success or even advancement past the first room is not guaranteed to your party. You will need to play smart, and work together if you wish to succeed in this adventure.
P.S. don't sign up if you aren't willing to put a good amount of effort in, last time I did this people took it pretty seriously.
You stand before an impressive moat with the rest of your adventuring party, the murky water not far below. Across it, an enormous gothic castle with decaying stone walls, several tall spires twisting upwards. The air is thick and damp. You can hear faint sounds of people gossiping in the air, though there is no one in sight save for your silent party. A moldy, yet thick wooden bridge invites your entry to the castle.
What you and your comrades seek is the library room of the castle, which contains the mythic everybin document. It is said that every player on the site's most foul deeds are recorded there. You have all done things you're not proud of, things you'd rather were forgotten. The document must be destroyed so that you can finally fulfill your lifelong dream of becoming an epicmafia moderator. And so an alliance of players was formed to brave the dangers of....
The red nosed man listens to your story and in reply, goes back into his desk and pulls the pills out, he opens the container and picks the solid black capsule with no markings.
"Here," he says, "take this one, it will return you to normal."
You approach the door to the north in your 8 year old body. It has a metal handle, and swings open very easily to your surprise. Inside you find another room filled to the ceiling with bookshelves stuffed with scrolls and tomes of all shapes and sizes. This room is rather small, like an office.
Notably, in the center of the room there is a fancy wooden desk, at which you find a small, strange, man hunched over writing diligently with a quill and ink.
Almost no bigger than Edark in stature, the man has thick eyebrows and a severe look about him. His head seems disproportionately big for his body, and with grey hair. His fingers are long and bony. His most notable feature, however, is that he has a very large, very red nose. As if he had a very bad cold and just came indoors from a chilly winter's night.
"Yes, you may enter" says the red nosed man, without looking up from his papers, continuing to write.
You sift through scrolls and tomes looking for something that gives an indication it might be of use, not stopping to read any that don't stand out as useful.
i doubt tucker isn't gonna be doing much until everyone gets in here, so i guess ill examine them all.
-if the scroll doesn't contain a tome/spell or useful information that isn't just lore, don't read it and put it away (basically trying to give you legroom to not spam a bunch of chatlogs, as humorous as they are)
Erm, every wall of the room is a bookshelf crammed with scrolls and stuff remember? I'll just continually make you examine them until you say to stop.
