Flip this around to cop, Devante. If I ask blues to claim and in a setup with 2 blues and 2 mafia I have 5 blue claims. Can I then shoot outside of those blue claims?

Mafia thought that would be a genius idea to all claim PR. I just don't think they thought it would work because the deputy would shoot a clear instead.
