Since there's a whole new team now including mods we've never seen before, post your mod reviews below. Let's see who's afraid to write what they really feel. Who's your favorite, least favorite, most suspect for being a banned user (besides mist), or least relevant?

I'll start w/ Devante being by far the best mod

It could always be worse - Chriszilla could be admin again and nillager could be trying to handle gamethrowing reports.

I hate every single moderator/past moderator. Your all circlejerking losers who are biased towards/against your friends who you cheat with on skype, and the people who you dislike which are the people talking ish about you.

No mods no masters
You'd think that after realizing you have the same perception of every single current/past moderator, you'd realize it's your own perception which is the flaw.
As people, most of you are okay. Mindful, Mori, Gerry, Strider, Togerpi, even you Mist. But as moderators, all of you(not specifically the ones mentioned) are just power hungry bullys out to get those they dislike, even willing to bend the rules if they have to. Kinda like some cops.

You'd think that after realizing you have the same perception of every single current/past moderator, you'd realize it's your own perception which is the flaw.

It's actually only 13 moderators. Lucid (admin) never does anything and admins aren't generally expected to keep up with report quotas themselves though Solace still does. then you gotta realize that at any given time a couple of the mods are inactive due to commitments elsewhere in their lives. Considering the really high volume of reports we experience, the number of mods is actually p reasonable.

the mod lifespan on this site (which is related to the "constant modding and demodding") is another issue entirely but if you want a hint, look no further than this thread.
Then perhaps that's part of the problem. There are four admins and, as far as I know, we've functioned fine with Lucid and one other admin. I've already voiced my issue over this. I understand that the mods can't be active all the time. Nor would I expect them to be. But if more mods need to be added at any given time strictly to keep up with the reports, maybe the problem lies elsewhere. Maybe there should be more restriction on the reports. More strict for frivolous reports, auto-NV reports that aren't filled out correctly (I feel like you guys are doing this more now than ever,) tougher rules so that people are less prone to break them... The answer could lie somewhere else.

I think all the mods are pretty cool. Fine at the very least. I just think there's too many of them.
more mods were added due to the incline in reports coming in
I understand that to a point. But there's currently 17 people with moderator privileges, and constant modding and demodding, makes it seem like there's no structure of the system. I have to applaud you guys because at one point the old mod team were 100 pages back in reports and I'm not exaggerating. Still, seventeen is a looooooot.

The report influx was about 4-5x what it is now back in 2012/2013 and the mod team was generally between 13-15 including admin but not Phill.

I'm not saying you shouldn't have the amount of mods you do but implying that the report volume is really high is a bit ridiculous when mods like ucklar and kylehp would do 300 reports a week and there would still be 100 open on a regular basis.
