serious thread here so obv i'm not going to say that i'm tier 1 or w/e. but i dont think i've ever played with another girl who i considered to be a tier 1 player. nanita was one of the best players back when dlyv was the most popular setup but she turned out to be a guy so...
Their cheating case was disappointing. Anti did give her benefit of the doubt a lot of the time, but it doesn't really change how she was as a player. She understood the game on a deeper level than the average player would.

The days when I was just a capsspamming idiot, SGR hammered mechanical clears, projectmatt/Dave barely knew how to play, voltron ran rampant, and Gira was about the same level of player as soda (qualification: Soda tryharding) is now instead of strong candidate for top 5 of all time like he is now. Those were the good old days. Oh and Maxwell/Peta were okay too.
Anyone who doesn't think the level of play was better than, ESPECIALLY at the top level, is delusional. There's somewhat of an argument for the population on average but no contest for top level.
And the average being lower now is only possible because of the extreme outlier that is Abe.
then theres that one girl who has a pig for her avatar (i cant remember her name). she's like the hardest to lynch when shes maf cuz she always has like 2-3 dudes in every game with her who refuse to vote her. they're prob in e-love with her or something, idk. i dont get why people play just to not vote girls they have a crush on
keep in mind that the newer good players of today have less good players to learn from as well (there are far less now than there were before), so that makes it impressive when a newer player is good today
yeah overall i would agree for the most part. roshiez is one of the few players who reminds me of how people would play in games from 2011 or so when i see her play today. you could call her an outlier player (from the norm) i suppose.
I'll be honest, no players whom have been playing last year would I consider good, most are average at best. Atleast if I compare to how competitve the rounds used to be.
afaik she didn't. turquoise did that way more than roshiez has done in her recent running games iirc (no offense to turq)
roshiez had the potential for a long time but just exploded last year, i think she was talking to maxwell and others during this time but i'm actually not sure about that
