I wouldn't necessarily remove a core subject from high school, but I'd ease back on English just a bit. It's so heavily slammed into the student's work load even though it's been a subject for years, and even longer if they go to college.

I would want to cook the perfect Chicken Stirfry for some reason. I've cooked it before, but I've never "perfected" it. It's such a good and simple dish but I've not yet made it the best I can.
