HC doesn't say racism, it says excessive insults against one or more groups based on slurs/comments against race, etc... So if they apply it only using academic definitions of racism, sexism, etc(how some sociology definitions of these terms infiltrated the most uneducated site on the internet is another question entirely) then they're in the wrong.
