Is it gt if

1- I know someone in GY is cheating with someone alive and I tell him the wrong mafia while I am town?

2- I am mafia and I tell the correct mafia when asked by a potential cheater in GY.

I personally never tell any one in gy the correct mafia if I am maf. Unless the person knows that I never do. In which case I say the truth and trick him.

I have won many games as maf where I have lied in the GY about mafia.

but if everyone does the opposite of what u said in the op then wouldn't the cheaters know that you're saying the opposite thus you're telling them the truth and you don't even realize it lol

Well you said that when you know they are cheating and you said that when you are mafia you never tell them the true mafia, implying that you tell the cheater the mafia when you are town, then you are essentially ERB'ing since you KNOW they are cheating.
