It's not about finding who is mafia. It's about lead the town to lynch the one you want to lynch. If you are blue, good, lead prs to lynch ur fos. If you're pr, still good, lead other prs to lynch ur fos. If you're pr ccs, better, convince town to lynch ur cc. If you're maf, best, lead town to lynch in town.
You see, it's not about scumhunting, it's about convincing and manipulating, just like realife. And even if you lynch the wrong town but you convinced the whole town to lynch that one, you can just slap to his face saying "OMG why are you so scummy" ,or "my townread wanted to lynch you so sorry bro" and no one will hate you. It is always about convincing others to lynch the one you want. Scumhunt is but a small part of epicmafia. If you "found" mafia but you can't convince town to lynch, you're trash (that applied with all in GY crying OMG I went 3/3 OMG why prs so dumb just f***ing listen to my read). On the other hand, if you convinced town to lynch a person, even if he/she is not mafia, no one will blame you, and you still "win" (in many ways). Those who trophies already know this point but they want to hide it from casual epicmafia player so only them can trophy.
most of the good players dont care as long as they found mafia. they can do everything wrong and help the town lose but "it doesn't matter, i went 3/3 you all suck"

Scumhunting/pr hunting (reading by reaction and motivation) Towntelling (behaving and reacting in a way that is perceived as "towny") Leading (displaying your arguments in an influential manner.)
Your presently being salty over a couple of proficient leaders.
As I said, it is not about who you think is mafia. It is about who you can prove is mafia or who you want to be mafia. If it were just about finding mafia and manipulating town then there would be no mods.
