i'd be ok with that if you needed 8 for a site ban

I mean, they'd be forced to stop at 6 or else be banned, but that's still quite a lot. It's just silly that they can be under threat of a ban for raging at someone excessively, but if they switch to flinging racial slurs instead of insulting their play/intelligence they can do it three more times than they could otherwise.

To be honest I don't even think they should be separate, if that counts as HC it's virtually indistinguishable from Harassment at times and you can get 3 and 3 and still not be site banned.

You lose the violation specifically for slurs but I would just combine them into one called "Harassment/Hateful Comments" and have them count towards the same.
