so i was playing difficulty 5 large game and was gonna go for the cultural victory with 3 cities achievement as ghandi. but i got 3 war mongering neighbours so i had to deal with that and THEN i got beat to the leaning tower of piza AND the globe theatre. so i ditched that game

You really don't need a dedicated card to run Civ on low settings on the integrated intel graphics if you just want to disable the card.
