If you say yes you're an idiot because if you say yes, then Cop can die, always. Like if they out, mafia can hit them forever, and doc saving them is Gamethrowing. So Cop outting means Cop dies.
If you say yes, you can have a setup with 1 hooker, 5 docs and 1 cop, if Cop claims Day 1 then they will die because if the doc saves cop it's GT. LOL
It's more optimal to force mafia to kill for doc when they don't know it. It's very unlikely that the doc will save after lynching, and you will end up with a 4 way one clear most of the time.

that's why i'm saying that if it's an established thing that mafia can't angle shoot then whatever, but mechanically they shouldn't have to assume that the doc will take an action that will always lose him the game
