Or we could have reset the round when barely anyone had played their hearts and not have to deal with the issue prolonged throughout the round. I respect what you're saying, but it's wrong.

all you had to do was tell runners to not play extra hearts. it's not hard. you look at how many games they play, no one's gonna slip through your fingers
