i wish people weren't so against self-diagnosing. as long as there's no self-medicating, it's harmless at worst and emotionally supporting at best.

generalized anxiety disorder is called generalized for a reason. specific events giving anxiety to people is normal. general things in life giving anxiety is not.
rutab Well I'm always nervous in every social situation it's just not as extreme as its happened a couple times Satan pretty sure thats normal man, people who have anxiety go through daily issues, not three times in their life. satans right when he says that. anxiety is dominant in everyday life, either in social situations or pretty much constantly
if you do have concerns, there's no harm in going to a therapist and seeing what they think.
I used to have selfdiagnosed ADHD, but I got over it pretty quickly.
Godmother I've was diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder in 2012, but I've had it since 2008, as well as minor anxiety. Oh, and I recently found out I have a minor case of OCD! What fun! Having OCD is great because you can be snooty to the people that claim to have it because they're neat

I have Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI).. Nothing really dangerous I guess.
