This one is a big red flag for me. Even then it's not always insta-hammer, but it definitely makes them my FOS, and I start analyzing everything else that they say a lot more.
instant hammers are most useful when used against players that are obstinately trying to prevent clear from having the ability to hammer, or are generally preventing clear from managing the town effectively. also, this is almost always done on a ML
usually this also sends a clear message that you wont tolerate that behavior, establishing some degree of authority, which is always good.
of course, it's also an effective way of catching people off guard

Off of the top of my head, I can't instantly tells that makes me instantly hammer someone. There are definitely a few that, if said in a specific context (Generally involving counterclaims), will spike the chances of me hammering them dramatically. I'd say that I strongly believe in looking at the game holistically, rather than latching onto one or two specific lines.
