Did anyone else find it funny that Phil's now sticking his head in to ban people for even mentioning hacking mod accounts (even though rutab didn't even say anything about hacking) considering that whole debacle a few months ago, or is it just me?

Friendly reminder that you can send your mod apps to any of the moderators, not just the admins. It'd be helpful if the apps were distributed among the various moderators to lessen the stress on Togepi.
