Regardless of why they're modded, there are 8 mod slots that aren't doing anything. That's not a personal jab or anything, because I don't know why you're modded if it's not for reports. So only 7ish active mods are doing enough reports.
Look at how many reports they've done which is pretty okay for most it's just we've created an atmosphere where people realize they can get people they don't like in trouble for the smallest of things
