IP Blocking

Because of a problem with banned users making endless secondary accounts. Is there a chance that this can be countered with blocking IPs from the site? Is that possible?

that's not a universal thing and you can spoof it anyway

there is no way to identify users by connection on the internet

of course you can spoof it, but at least its not as useless as an ip ban since it seems to be more effective

you can refresh your ip at any time in under 10 minutes

plus ips are recycled since there are fewer possible ips than people on earth (or even people in first world countries), so you'll eventually be blocking perfectly legitimate recycled ips
