Every Government needs an opposition or a group of wise people to overlook and put a check on the advancements of the ruling party. The ruling party meant to serve the Nation.

But I am going to form a VIGILANTE SYNDICATE.

A team away from the core team.

The more important team. The invincible team.

The team that will form a safer, sustainable family that can never be troubled

1- because of the expertise it is going to gather

2- the unity that it will bank on

3-the way it will operate and the tasks it will perform.

The best part is that

1- It is very easy to perform these tasks

2- It is very easy to get on this team

Every team needs an idol to look up to.

Someone that can never be brought down to our level because we will never include that person on our team. He will be like our God, because he can never be amongst us.

He is Rutab. We will operate in the memory of his excellence and the deeds during his moderation days.

Qualifications required

1- No qualification required to join this team. No matter how many violations you have. No matter what you have done in the past

Terms and Conditions

1- You are not allowed to cheat

2- You are not allowed to use slurs

3- You are not allowed to throw a game or end up throwing because of your trolling

4- You are not allowed to GRS

5- You are not allowed to bypass the censor

6- You are not allowed to break the OGI rule

7- You are not allowed to encourage any rule break

8- You are not allowed to bypass suspensions

If you are seen doing any of the above you will be out of this team and we will not be taking care of you anymore. You will get a second chance though. But not a third chance.

Tasks and Missions of this team

1- Provide rational opinions on moderation issues

2- Help Syndicate members when they are in trouble

3- Help banned Syndicate members to get unbanned by proper means by helping them in their case if we believe them or by asking for second chances for them and taking responsibility of their future actions

4- Finding rule breakers and trying to get them to stop by either convincing them to join our team and change or by getting them banned and leaving them no chance but to join our team to get them unbanned on the terms that they will not break rules again

5- Bring more members to our team to help enlarge our Syndicate so that we can be heard

6- Providing our unanimous and judicious input on other issues like clarification of ambiguous rules, cheating cases, legitimacy of setups, optimal strategies, etc.

7- If a moderator or a group of moderators are being biased or breaking any rule or abusing their power, we discuss it and raise our voices if our discussion concludes that our doubts on the moderator or the group of moderators have credibility.

8- If a moderator or a group of moderators are being accused by another user and our discussion concludes that the moderator is right, we raise our voice in support of the moderator.

Important guidelines

1- The members are encouraged to discuss their issues with the team so we can resolve them

2- The members are encouraged to come clean to us if they do something wrong. They should do so before they are caught

3- The members should not report each other. They should first come to us and try to resolve the issue here. We will provide a better moderation than the mod team. The issue will be resolved without any violations.

4- The members are free to have fun with each other by light hearted attacks known to be in good faith. They should not however cross any kind of line unless the other person is okay with it.
