No, although that could be added. Ftm the ReportTracker is just for receiving notifications when decisions have been made about a report.

ReportTracker allows you to receive live updates on particular reports as they are moved to "In Progress", "Closed", or are deleted.
Just tick the checkbox next to any Open or In Progress report to begin receiving updates, and untick it to stop receiving updates. Reports are automatically unticked when they become closed or deleted.
