It existed when I joined in 2009 and I'd say it belongs to EM. Even if it doesn't, it's not widespread. MafiaScum, Something Awful, Vendetta Strada, the Spies series, and other communities don't use it.
If you even have to ask why me then that means the other player's fos was explained really badly and you have nothing to worry about
