My 2nd Gamethrowing Violation

I, as sheriff have shot every day 1 in this round. It is unconventional play but it is NOT wrong. I asked noxon to claim for 3 minutes (timestamp 10:53 - 13:56) without response. He says that he was tabbed out when I said to NL, waiting for the day change sound. If he saw people were NLing and tabbed out but noticed the day change sound had not happened for 3 minutes, why would he not check the game to see what was happening? Let alone, why would he not hear my constant pinging? His argument does not make sense at all. I have nothing against noxon and he is fair to want to report me, but at the basis of this, what I did was not gamethrowing. This is the second violation Brad has given me out of 2 reports on me. Who is Brad anyway and why is he a moderator? He clearly does not understand how to look at games from situation-to-situation. I was also given a harassment violation by Brad last week.

Hipfiring without asking for a claim is gamethrowing since I have not given him a chance. This is 3 minutes we're talking about where he just did not claim and I shot him because I perceived him as mafia just not claiming.

Brad even mentions in the report on me that what I did was bad play. HOW does bad play (even if it wasnt) = gamethrowing?

I am requesting any other mod than Brad to look at this game thoroughly please and OT my violation. Almost all the games I played yesterday had sheriff shooting Day 1. Brad is inexperienced in the setup and is not fit to moderate the report on me.

Hello betmen.

I will speak with honesty. Whilst I believe this could have been handled over a PM, I can understand that I have made a mistake in this situation. This verdict was given in the aftermath of a series of reports where your Day 1 actions have put town in a compromised position. I felt this particular instance was worse than the other ones that I have moderated, or viewed in reports regarding other participants. I apologise and I will revoke your violation. After noticing your appeal, I took it upon myself to review every single game on your linked accounts where you have flipped sheriff. The situation was amplified in this one instance because I only come across the reports where your play is somewhat too excitable. After extensively reviewing your play, I feel that rescinding the violation is the most appropriate course of action.

if you are unhit and vested its a better idea. but not seen as a good idea. people don't like what they don't know. different strats in EM are like Apartheid in South Africa. Those fighting for change get put in prison

No one on earth can this be seen as GT. I as sheriff normally shoot on D3, and I was told that is not game throw. This is actually wrong, very wrong!
