Chess: game notation.

can Lucid please add Algebraic chess notation, the game already checks the position of the pieces, that would only display them as text, that way we can review games already finished.

Oh, and you need to make a choice as to what piece the pawn transforms to. Technically, a person could want it to be a knight, or there could be times they want a bishop or rook because a queen might lead to stalemate. It is part of chess that the pawn chooses what to become.

you can make so that each move adds an X number of seconds to the timer.
Mythsabout 11 years ago
no time is added when a move finishes
deleteddeletedabout 11 years ago
tl;dr add an option (in the settings before you make the game) on how many seconds you have after making a move

can you describe to me what that is?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Algebraic_notation_(chess)

If you don't wanna read that, it's essentially giving each square on the chessboard a number and letter according to the row and column it is in. each piece also has a letter name, Queen is Q, Rook is R, etc.

So when you make a move, it is shown in algebraic notation. i.e. Rf6 would mean a rook moves to f6.

Good idea Jakio
