One thing that I was always a bit annoyed about was if I visited Cthulhu. It isn't because of the effects while you are alive, but how the effects continue on after your death.
People that were "Cthulhu'd" still should be able to have conversations with the other dead players. Instead, you are still stuck with the scrambled text. I know it isn't impossible to talk while Cthulhu'd, but it makes it near impossible to carry on conversations.

People that visited the Cthulhu while alive should be able to talk normally once they are dead.
Not only that, but make cthulhu'd not be able to abuse. make the typing truly randomized, and make them not able to whisper/leak. It's boring when they just go all caps and leak the cthulhu straight away.
