Why are there 131 active reports?

Does this site need more moderators? There are way too many active reports even though Sims had promised that every report will be checked in less than 15 minutes. There are reports from 3 and 4 days ago.

The mods just need to get it together. A week and a half ago I mentioned to a mod that some guy had 9 active vios across two accounts and they cussed me out for "telling them how to do their job." Then yesterday I see that they finally got the guy and said "how is this guy still around?" I lold.

Yes i would sometimes iam even 24 hours awake which is longer then the current mods would be + im a european so im awake when they arent so i would be greatly to handke the reports and i have a great view in both sides
