u go to each of your friends separately before u get together to play lol or whatever it is u do on teamspeak. u tell each one of them that the rest of the group agreed to play mafia the following night instead of lol, and that they're the only one who wasn't around when u discussed it. then everyone will think it was a majority decision when it was really just urs and go with it.

u cant, ur friends are just moments in ur timeline and you are just a moment in theirs, ur friendship will never be kept in the long term and u will drift through life, meeting a few good people but ultimately u will die alone so nothing matters so dont bother
