The difference there was that he was caught in a lie and pretended to be his cousin
the actual difference was skype logs proved OGC, but we all agreed there was cheating going on before we even gave rawr a chance to defend herself. the vio and DQ only took place once dan had her skype.
Which was much different from this case, I just don't know why you can't admit that maybe you could've been wrong

because i don't believe i was. i'm nto gonna say sorry to gerryoat1, and i don't think iw as wrong. "i'm sorry that i'm confident in my decisions and gave the vio when 3 separate people agreed" sounds pretty damn passive aggressive, but that's as close as i'm getting.

which is why the prevail getting away with it isn't really bad because at the end of the day she's still (banned?) with or without the trophies.

All I know is that you shouldn't rush decisions like this to ban someone over the amount of pride you have

I say this as someone who let mw295 trophy when I probably shouldn't have
it's better to let someone who cheated win a trophy then ban them later than ban someone who didn't cheat get banned for 6 months and lose a trophy because your ego clouds your thinking.

Maybe you could've waited for more mods to weigh in and suspended the round to properly investigate...
rawrarrior had 4 mods' opinions and took less time.
