Actually when I created Mafia Chronicles the online game, like EpicMafia, I did in fact create a section called the Vox Popoli, which was a balanced system to screen mods and appeals.
I can't belief this site hasn't got one already, because it seriously needs one, but I'm willing to step up to the plate.
For those of you who don't know what it means:
Basically, I would investigate allegations made against mods on your behalf and make sure the mods can't just form in a thick wall who won't listen to reason.
