is he even officially unbanned or what because it was never clear since he faked his death around the time when he was "supposed" to be unbanned and he still comes on this site

i originally wanted to keep this a secret to stop people from being enraged that their sympathies were toyed with, but it then occurred to me that i would be complicit in said toying by keeping it a secret

i hope that most of the other mods feel the same way but who knows!
