it was made for lobby mods, and moderators are lobby mods of every lobby

i think he means mods should be accountable for everything they do, so something like this doesn't happen. so any action they use should show up on some sort of page with actions

you were banned for being a mod and we don't want you in our lobby because it's exclusively for friends

by the way you need to manually unchat ban people when you unban them by unticking that box; there's no visible way to manage chat bans it can only be done via that on-profile interface.
