Mackerel fishing is not high-effort stuff. Cast line, lay back, eat ice cream, reel in. Check line. Cast line, lay back, eat ice cream, drink cider, reel in... etc

I live in Sweden, which fyi is close to Finland, and we have never experienced temperature over 24-28.
