Yeah I came off a little harsher than I had intended there. In any case, I'm almost certain that we don't have freedom of speech in the context that shiggy is using it, on the internet. Especially on private site.

But lucid also has freedom of expression, meaning on his site he can have whatever content he likes, meaning he can remove your content (or remove you... yes Shiggy you are a content) from his site. And he has decided that he will have content removed at Sims, and the mods' discretion.
Why do you think you have free speech here? You don't. That's not a result of any corruption or censorship due to opposing views. That's just how it works when you use a website owned and operated privately. You don't get to say whatever you want whenever you want. You abide by the rules handed down or you find another website.
Shiggy is a first year college student/high school debater. He used the word 'germane' five times on the first page, which means he has just learned the word and is excited to use it, because he could easily have used the words 'relevant', 'topical', 'contributing', or any other of the numerous synonyms in the english language.
Also, I suspect he's just figured out what a straw man argument is, which is useful I guess, but I never learned that b/c I just made well founded arguments without needing fake ones to hide behind.
P.S. your entire argument was wrong b/c constitution guarantees equality = marriage must be equally available for all people in their current state = gay people must be allowed to marry without changing their state(sexual orientation) = gay marriage is constitutional.
