Saying that the "mods here suck" is pretty vague. Which mods in particular suck? Have you told the admins about this? Have you thoroughly assessed/judged each mod individually (their character, behaviors) and came to the conclusion that they truly suck? Instead of complaining about how much the mods suck, do something to change that.
The fact that you think you don't have any problems is a problem itself. In life, nobody's perfect. Your problem is that you aren't aware of your own flaws. Take a personality or IQ test and learn your flaws then come back to me.
You can't force someone to like you. In my opinion, if you really like the guy, tell him how you feel and if he doesn't reciprocate, your only option is to move on. Can't change how someone feels about you. You can only do things to improve your chances. Find out his type of girl.
