Please give violation's to people who use telephone or anything else that ain't a computer/laptop and play Competitive.

I played some competitive games with people on telephone's/I-Pads and it was annoying (Replying slow/not talking/not voting/Can't make plan's as mafia)

So i hope there could be a new rule implemented for competitive games that could give violation to people that play Comp on their phone/potato/i-pad.
