Modes her own reports, solves reports made agains her by herself then makes other moderators change the name to themselves like they closed the report. Locks and deletes threads that are complains against her.

This is serious complain, and as such you have no right to lock it up.

Mods are allowed to resolve reports which they file as long as it's not a game related report in a game they were a participant in. Of course, you're still allowed to file appeals like normal.
