Sometimes it is bad to promote a pawn to a queen. People will often pick knight for mate, or rook/bishop to avoid stalemate. Fix chess so I can torchure people with 5 knights please.

Cincinnatus, you try playing White and having Kg5 and Pf7 against Kh7. Wouldn't you rather be able to do f8=R insread of f8=Q instant stalemate?
